Our Packout services provide the very best care and protection for your quality furnishings and treasured possession.
We begin by carefully and respectfully inspecting everything, taking photos, itemizing all affected contents of the building, sorting them into salvageable and non-salvageable categories.
We’ll create a Digital Inventory (detailed inventory list with photo), documenting all damage accurately and completely with identification numbers to ensure your items receive the best possible care.

While at an on-site ServiceMaster Advanced Restoration facility in Laguna Hills, your items are housed in a secure, climate-controlled environment. Our facility is equipped with the latest security systems.
We offer month-to-month storage.
Our containers also come with thirty days of storage included in your quote. If you need to storage or extra time to pack or unpack your belongings or, if your home isn’t move-in ready, monthly storage will save you from scrambling to find a temporary (or costly) home for your things.
Upon completion of the repairs to your home or business, ServiceMaster will schedule a time to return cleaned and restored items. Your stored contents are moved from our secured storage back into the home by trained professionals.
